One year of ICPE – ASCI cooperation
One year ago, on 19 December 2013 in New Delhi, India, Mr. Janez Podobnik, Acting Director General of the ICPE and Dr. R. K. Rao, Director General of the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Praful Patel, Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises at the time, attended the MoU signing besides other high level representatives of the Indian Government.
