ICPE meeting with the representatives of the MESS

On Wednesday, 10 December 2014, the ICPE representatives met with a delegation from the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia (MESS), headed by Minister Dr. Stanislava Setnikar Cankar. Janez Podobnik, ICPE Acting Director General, warmly welcomed the representatives at the ICPE Headquarters. The topics of the meeting were presentation of the ICPE's recent main activities, such as the implementation of the short-term programs with India, ICPE-UNIDO training program on sustainable energy solutions, ICPE MBA program, conferences and round-table events, activities for ICPE member states and partner countries, as well as with international organizations. Mr. Podobnik also emphasized the importance of the upcoming ICPE’s Council and Assembly sessions which will be held in January 2015. Minister Setnikar Cankar expressed the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, for ICPE's activities, and the readiness to enhance the cooperation between the Republic of Slovenia and ICPE, particularly in the field of human resources formation. Both sides assessed the talks as very concrete and fruitful.
