ICPE will propose the establishment of an International Diplomatic Academy with a supporting analytical centre for researchers and policy analysts. The implementation of this project is based on multidisciplinary approach, which will be implemented in cooperation with scientific-research institutions and faculties from ICPE Member States.

The two-year postgraduate degree will be condensed to an intensive one-year programme for policy makers and diplomats, after which the participants will obtain the scientific title of M.Sc. in Diplomacy / International relations.

ICPE is discussing possibilities of accrediting such programme with UNITAR.
