On 8–9 December 2025, ICPE hosted a two-day workshop on Strategies for Effective Communication for participants of the Algerian Startup Learning Expedition Program 2025. Held at Jable Castle, the workshop focused on strengthening participants’ practical communication skills for use in complex organisational and entrepreneurial settings. The workshop was delivered in cooperation with CO-LEAD, an international centre specialising in coaching and leadership development.
The programme introduced key communication models, common sources of misunderstanding, thinking and motivation styles, active listening techniques, and practical tools for strategic communication. Participants worked through concrete examples from their own environments and developed action plans to support the application of newly acquired skills.
The workshop forms part of ICPE’s broader capacity-building support to the Algerian Startup Learning Expedition Program and reflects the Center’s commitment to providing practical training opportunities for its member states. The positive engagement throughout the sessions showed strong interest in applying these communication tools in future professional activities.
