International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) and Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School launch a Green Industry MBA joint degree programme
International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises and Jozef Stefan International Postgraduate School signed a contract of establishing a cutting edge Green Industry MBA programme. The programme will develop highly employable professionals that will acquire good knowledge of management and ecotechnologies and will be able to use it in the “real” economy and projects in situ. The synergy between the two organizations is unique.
The one-year Green Industry MBA starts in September 2010 and is widely considered a groundbreaking programme in applying innovative management to climate change problems, addresses the growing need for a new generation of managers that combine social responsibility and entrepreneurial success. The programme will also offer internship in international organizations such as UNEP and REEEP.
The synergy between the two organizations is unique. It combines ICPE long-standing experience in MBA education with fully employable candidates from all over the world, many of them holding important position in government and private and public enterprises. On the other hand, Jozef Stefan Institute is a distinguished research institute with more than 50 years of excellency in research. Moreover, exploring innovative financing possibilities is an important focus in the programme. Graduates will possess outstanding skills to find careers in national and local governments, businesses, consultancies, NGOs or other organizations round the world.
