On Monday, 18 November 2024, the International Center for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) held a productive meeting at the Embassy of Zambia in Berlin. ICPE representatives, Mr. David Tavželj and Mr. Jure Tomc, engaged in meaningful discussions with Her Excellency Mrs. Winnie Chibesakunda, Ambassador of Zambia to Germany, to explore opportunities that align with the ICPEs vision for sustainable development and technological advancement of its member states.

The ICPE representatives presented a series of envisioned activities slated for the coming period, emphasizing initiatives that foster international cooperation and sustainable economic growth. This milestone not only commemorates five decades of promoting enterprise development but also serves as a springboard for new projects that address contemporary challenges.
ICPE representatives presented a project on water management in agriculture to be implemented in Zambia. Recognizing the critical role of water resources in agricultural productivity and food security, the project aims to introduce advanced technologies and innovative practices to enhance water efficiency in Zambia’s agricultural sector. Her Excellency Mrs. Winnie Chibesakunda expressed enthusiasm for the proposed project, noting its alignment with Zambia’s national development plans and the potential benefits for rural communities. The meeting concluded with a shared vision for a fruitful partnership, setting the stage for concrete steps toward project implementation.
