The International Center for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) is pleased to announce a consultation and support service for private businesses in eligible ICPE member states interested in the OpenAgri Open Call, a European Union initiative designed to foster innovation in the agricultural sector. This call provides an opportunity for agricultural technology providers and farm-based organizations to collaborate on pioneering solutions addressing digital challenges in agriculture, with a focus on open-source software and hardware.
Through this program, grants up to €100,000 per consortium are available, fostering the co-creation and deployment of advanced Agricultural Digital Solutions (ADSs). These solutions aim to address critical areas such as crop disease and pest detection, smart irrigation, animal health monitoring, soil health analysis, biodiversity tracking, and more, while enhancing operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, and productivity.
ICPE support services are designed to assist businesses in preparing competitive applications for the OpenAgri Open Call, providing guidance in project budgeting, meeting submission requirements, assembling necessary documentation, and understanding the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for support is available to private companies in the following ICPE member states: Algeria, Angola, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Guyana, Iraq, North Macedonia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Zambia.
The OpenAgri Open Call will close on 2 December 2024, so we encourage interested parties to contact us below to learn more about how ICPE can assist you in navigating the application process and maximizing your chances of success.
