In cooperation with Defence Headquarters Training Institute (DHTI), ICPE has organised a two weeks foreign training component for Officers of the Government of India (6 – 17 June 2016) in Slovenia and Austria. The program, attended by 24 senior government officials of Government of India together with Ms. Namita Malik, DHTI Course Director, concluded on Friday, 17th June at the ICPE headquarters. Ambassador of India to Slovenia Mr. Sarvajit Chakravarti interacted with the participants and delivered the certificates on successful completion of the programme.
During the programme the participants were exposed to various administrative and governmental bodies in the Republic of Slovenia and in Austria and visited several companies, such as AREX and Pipistrel. The tourism cluster in Slovenia included Bled and Bohinj Lake, Ljubljana Castle, Postojna Cave, Military Park and Museum of World War I, while in Vienna the participants were able to see the Schonbrünn Palace, Hofburg and the Vienna Military Museum.
