From 16 to 27 January ICPE organized, in cooperation with the National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad a two-week International Attachment for 71 participants of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Financial Management). The participants were accompanied by Dr Brajesh Kumar, Course Director, NIFM and Mr Pijush Mohanta from the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
The aim of the attachment was to present good practices of Financial management in Slovenia and EU, with lectures on topics of Public Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership, Contemporary Challenges of Management, Ethics in Auditing, Public Procurement, Non-Tariff Barriers, International Taxation Strategy, Human Rights in Multinational Corporations, Multilateral Trade Systems, Implementation of Monetary Policy in the Eurozone and Public-Private partnerships.
The participants had the opportunity to visit the Port of Koper, Petrol and Thermal Power Plant Šoštanj, where also a presentation was held by the representatives of HSE Group.
Conclusion ceremony was held on 27 January 2017 with the Guest of Honour, H.E. Sarvajit Chakravarti, Ambassador of India graced the valediction with his presence and delivered the certificates of participation to the batch.
