On 22 August 2025, the International Center for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) and ENRICH in LAC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to strengthen collaboration in innovation, technology transfer, and enterprise development across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
Through this partnership, ICPE gains access to ENRICH in LAC’s extensive network of startups, SMEs, research organizations, and innovation hubs, enabling the Center to broaden its reach and facilitate pilot projects in the region. The cooperation will promote frugal innovation, sustainable technologies, and South–South and triangular partnerships, creating opportunities for enterprises and stakeholders from ICPE member states to engage more actively in the LAC innovation ecosystem.
This agreement reflects ICPE’s strategic priority of expanding its international network capacities, supporting fair access to technology, and fostering inclusive economic development in developing regions.
