In cooperation with National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), ICPE has organised a one week international training program (22-26 January 2018) on Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management. NIFM, located in Faridabad (India) is an autonomous institute of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. The program was attended by 45 senior officers of Government of India.
The participants were exposed to the topics of monetary and fiscal policy in the EU and Slovenia, anti-corruption measures and the EU Economy. Presentations of financial management institutions, such as the Court of Audit, Agency for Public Oversight of Audit and Budget Supervision Office of the Ministry of Finance have supplemented the theoretical input with practical implications.
At the occasion of the 69th Republic Day the participants attended a function at the residence of HE Param Jit Mann, Ambassador of India.
