In May 2025, ICPE proudly supported the participation of a candidate from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the AEIOU Executive Leadership Programme titled Lead with Clarity, Thrive with Wisdom. This partnership aimed to strengthen leadership capabilities within our member states through immersive and transformative learning experiences.
The programme focused on helping leaders reclaim clarity, purpose, and inner calm amid uncertainty. Participants gained enhanced confidence to navigate complex challenges, developed a leadership presence grounded in collaboration, and learned to foster a culture of shared leadership within their organizations.
Guided by the AEIOU Leadership Code, the executive benefited from unique methods such as reflective dialogue, nature-based rituals, and visual facilitation, all designed to cultivate calmness, clarity, courage, and wisdom in leadership practice.
